Our root – and passion – remain in the fields, and all our products are the natural result of its careful work, all estate grown and bottled. We have a deep respect for everything we do and for every single one of the people who work to produce this exquisite spirit. We acknowledge the great responsibility that lies in our shoulders as one of very few guardians of a tradition that has and is degenerating as huge multinationals substitute producing families, as industrial processes substitute artisanal ways, and mainly, as biodiversity, culture and authentic products face ever greater challenges.
Don Fulano Tequilas are the fruit of a family- owned company, legacy of five generations of AGAVEROS from the Highland region of Jalisco in Mexico.
We do not believe or take part in the false tricks of marketing driven by an insatiable greed of acquisition. We believe in sustainable development; in preservation through education and responsibility, that’s why a good part of DF sales are destined for this fundamental matters. Our greatest satisfaction however, is to see that behind every bottle there is health and biodiversity in the fields, celebration in the face of people, a rich culture, and much of that great laughter which characterizes our people.
THE COLLECTION
It’s the finest expression of a Highland lineage. The careful selection of mature agaves reveals the exquisite variety of its terroir. It has a fruitful style, with lots of character and yet, it is elegant.
One of a Kind. Profoundly aromatic; a tequila for the connoisseur and the epicurean. It brings a direct connection with the agave fields, with the terroir, with its patient organic fermentation and its masterful distillation in copper alembics. Full-bodied and generous in its complexity, its finish is intense and prolonged.
Extraordinarily balanced between its fresh agave flavors and the character of its long repose. The spice is fuller with rich fruit notes of pear and cherry compote. The gentle notes of cooked agave as well as previously hidden glitters of dark chocolate, maple and nutmeg appear from its depth. Medium-bodied, its fruitful style remains in mouth.
Unlike others. It is not predominantly sweet or overpowered by wood. It has absolutely no added sugars, colors or anything, for that matter. The agave notes are present and intense. It is full of spice and character from its terroir.
Imperial is our oldest. Exceptionally smooth and complex with a great combination of elegance and power. Abundant in fruit notes and spices like clove and nutmeg. Deep notes of maple and dark chocolate, tobacco and a lavish aroma of black cherries frame its defined style. It is velvety and permanent in mouth. Superlative.

25 Lime juice
12.5 Agave rose syrup
3 Drops orange blossom water
Top with soda water
50ml Don Fulano Fuerte
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Agave nectar
Top with Champagne (dry)
Garnish with lime peel
