In the heart of Italy’s lush Prosecco region, the La Marca Trevigiana zone grows the revered glera grapes we use to make our delicately flavored wine. With delicate, golden straw color and lively effervescence, our Prosecco opens with aromas of fresh citrus, honey and white flowers. The palate is fresh and clean, with flavors of ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit framed by mineral undertones.
Use the following recipes to mix La Marca into your everyday celebrations.
Sparkling Peach
- 3 oz. La Marca
- 2 oz. E. & J. Peach Brandy
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- ½ oz. orange liqueur
- Lemons
Shake all ingredients except La Marca. Strain into a martini glass while simultaneously pouring in your Prosecco. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Sunset Fizz
- 3 oz. La Marca
- 1½ oz. Camarena Silver Tequila
- 1½ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. blood orange syrup
- Small bunches of grapes
Build the drink by slowly pouring in one ingredient at a time into a pint glass. Add ice and garnish with a small bunch of grapes.
Queen Bee
- 1½ oz. La Marca
- 1½ oz. New Amsterdam Gin or Citron Vodka
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ¾ oz. honey syrup
- Peeled cucumber slices
Muddle the cucumber slices and shake all ingredients except La Marca. Strain into a champagne flute while simultaneously pouring in your Prosecco. Garnish with a twist of cucumber peel.
Bourbon & Bubbles
- 4½ oz. La Marca
- 1 oz. American whiskey
- ½ oz. orange liqueur
- 3 dashes sweet bitters
- 3 dashes bitters
Stir all ingredients except La Marca. Strain into a coupe glass while simultaneously pouring in your Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.
White Lily
- 3 oz. La Marca
- 1½ oz. New Amsterdam Gin
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- Lemon peel
Shake all ingredients except La Marca. Strain into a champagne coupe while simultaneously pouring in your Prosecco. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Orange Blossom
- 3 oz. La Marca Prosecco
- 1 oz. New Amsterdam 80 Vodka
- 1 tbsp. orange marmalade
- 1 oz. orange juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
Shake all ingredients except La Marca. Strain the Vodka mix into a champagne flute while simultaneously pouring in your Prosecco. Garnish with a twist of orange peel for a refreshing vodka cocktail.
